BOSU vs TRX

I agree with Michael. I work with an older (but very fit population) and use both tools with them. Some of them find the TRX very intimidating, they are afraid to put all their weight into it. I do find it great for teaching them squats and lunges; it seems to help them with their alignment. They all love the BOSU, I work them up to balance work on it, and they really enjoy the variety.
