There are a few things you can do to freshen up your bootcamps for the week in addition to the other suggestions. One, you could play with interval times. 30 seconds, 45 seconds, 60 seconds and tabata structures all work well for bootcamps. Play with rest times, and if you have an advanced crowd, make the rest times shorter.
Another idea is to have a purpose, or focus for the week (example–upper body strength moves with plyometric legs like squat jumps or lunge jumps). You can still have a full body class while making them focus on certain muscle groups for the week. This will give them something to focus on for the day/week.
Or, only pull out certain pieces of equipment that week as a focus. It will mix things up and work muscles in different ways.

You can also have games, like olympics, scheduled every season or so, to keep up motivation and the reason for doing those moves. Make teams and juggle people around to make more and new friends.
There are so many bodyweight exercises, for example: strength stack 52, is designed by a military fitness expert. There are also many books on the bodyweight subject.
It sounds as though you have many options with all the equipment choices. Go out and have fun, let the clients have a free for all and see what they come up with, also.
I keep a notebook with me at all times to write new ideas down that I see or brainstorm. I also have ideas on cards that I mix and match.
