I think LaRue, Arinade,and, Susan all have good points. You must know how your client determines success. Therefore, a pre questionnaire that is made in simple words must be designed and, understood by the client and yourself. When I say simple words, I do not mean that it should not be accurate. I think it is good to remind client of their goal at times. Some clients can change their minds and never tell you. Again, a way should be calculated to determine a clients success( between client and you). Feed back is important. And, you may end up with several post questionnaire depending on client goals.
