Best ways to measure success to attain marketing data from a corporate wellness program?
Hi Shannon. I’ve done my fair share of corporate wellness, and also served as Director of Wellness and Fitness at a local College. To my mind the basis of the questions on your questionnaire should depend upon what it is that your corporate client will be relying upon to determine the success of the wellness program. For example, in your conversations with the corporate client, what is it that they feel is important to the company (e.g. reduce on-the-job injuries; reduce sick leave; improve productivity by giving employees the opportunity to exercise during the work day…?). You would want your questionnaire to measure those things that will be important to your corporate client to show the ‘value-added’ that your program is bringing to them.
I hope that this helps.
