Hello Timothy,
I believe that fresh foods are the best “nutrition bars”…fruit, vegetable, whole grain, protein…you get the picture.
If you insist on bars, there are many good recipes that may be frozen. Homemade would be best, as you know what is in it.
Talking to your nutritionist would be a good idea if you think you may need one a day.
