Hi there I am also planning to get some qualification in sport, I wanna be a fitness trainee so looking for a good program, I hope you will advise me something. Thanks) I decided ta do it because of two reasons, firstly I just want to develop myself in different areas and the second, I want to take me back to my students years, when I was so young and free in my decisions when I was able to hang out with friends and ask help from term paper writing service if you need. By the way, we had the best one, you could check here and be sure too if you are still a college student you are welcome. So I hope that by attending some courses I will feel this atmosphere at least a little.
Having been FMS certified for a while now, I can say that it is very well worth pursuing. I do a Movement Screen on every client that starts a program at our facility. The feedback that the client gets is often eye-opening. Also, the functionalmovement.com website offers a variety of progressions for corrective exercises based on functional movement deficiencies presented in a Movement Screen.
But as others have stated, there are other great minds and certs out there when it comes to mobility and stability. You may want to check out Gary Gray (Gray Institute – “the GodFather” of functional training). Also Kelley Starrett has some good stuff out there (although his mobility approach is a little more aggressive).
