Best home exercise equipment
Hi Ryan,
please qualify your question a little: best for what? And: best for whom? The choices are endless, and without any further information, you will just end up with a list of people’s personal preferences that may have no bearing on you or the person you are thinking of.

The best at-home fitness programs can be found through Team Beachbody! I am a personal trainer and Team Beachbody coach. We have a program to meet any fitness level, nutritionals and a huge community of support. Personally, I have had success with P90X (requires pull up bar and dumbbells), Les Mills Pump (package comes with bar, weights) and Insanity (no equipment necessary). Contact me if you have interest 🙂
Hi Ryan. The ‘best’ home equipment will depend to a great degree on the goal(s) the person is/are trying to accomplish. If you can give a better idea what type of training goals you’re after, we can give you a more definitive answer to your question. Thanks!

Ryan,
You are getting the same type of answers I was already going to give. It should be clear to you what your goals are. Example, do you want to loose weight, gain muscle, run faster, maintain and or gain flexibility. These are a few of the questions you can ask yourself.
Take care and good luck
