I agree with the rest of the responses. There is no spot reducing exercises, but try to watch your diet and engage into circuit training as much as you can to increase your metabolism. You should try as much different equipment as possible (battling ropes, kettlebells, sandbags, free weights, machines, etc.) to keep challenging your body and continue to improving your fitness level.
The only way to reduce “love handles” is to lose weight through a sound diet. A registered dietician is the best person to set up that diet. Exercise will help maintain lean mass while you lose body fat. If you are the type of person that carries their excess fat in the “love handles”, it will be more difficult to do.
