I agree with all of the above statements. HIIT is one of my favorite things to do. Just the fact that I am challenging my body for some reason works really well for me.
I also love running and fun classes like Zumba. I did notice recently after starting Kettle bell training that I have lost the last few pounds I needed to lose. I think it is important to change it up a lot, usually when I plateau then, I switch it to something new and BAM! I start losing again.
