Hi Radha,
I think the best exercise maybe the right combination of nutrition and vitamins. As for excercises;
-elliptical training machines
-low-impact aerobics
-stair-step machines
-walking (either outside or on a treadmill machine)
-moderate weight liftin (Lower body)
