I have seen quite a few personal trainers out there that are either Beachbody coaches or are working for some sort of shake company. I have no intentions of selling shakes or supplements but the BeachBody program seems to also sell very popular workout programs and I wondered if it would be worth it be become a coach even if I don’t have any intention of ever selling a shake or supplement to a client. Not that I think there is anything wrong with them I just don’t want to do anything that could even sort of get my certification revoked. I am also not much of a meal replacement gal myself and it is really hard to endorse a product you don’t use. I just thought once I get a website and blog up and running it might be a supplemental income to sell the videos.
Second question if you want to get certified to teach one of the Beach body workout programs do you have to be a coach first?
I decided not to go with beach body I simply buy a few things wholesale that I use with my clients during their workouts and keep them on hand so they can buy one for at home such as resistance bands and foam rollers. Since I do mostly pole dance fitness with a focus on strength I also sell X-Poles and I have one more step for my pole specific certification. Then I will learn and license a full pole program and I have become all about taking as many pole related workshops as possible to keep things fresh. Thanks for your replies.
