I have seen quite a few personal trainers out there that are either Beachbody coaches or are working for some sort of shake company. I have no intentions of selling shakes or supplements but the BeachBody program seems to also sell very popular workout programs and I wondered if it would be worth it be become a coach even if I don’t have any intention of ever selling a shake or supplement to a client. Not that I think there is anything wrong with them I just don’t want to do anything that could even sort of get my certification revoked. I am also not much of a meal replacement gal myself and it is really hard to endorse a product you don’t use. I just thought once I get a website and blog up and running it might be a supplemental income to sell the videos.
Second question if you want to get certified to teach one of the Beach body workout programs do you have to be a coach first?
Hey all, I am a Beachbody Coach and a NASM trainer. It is a great way to supplement your training business. There is no requirement or quota to sell a certain amount of product and the coach fee is very reasonable for all that you get. Bottom line, if you choose to sign up as a coach you get a 25% commission on anything your clients buy and personally I’d rather have that coming my way than to have my clients head over to G_C. Check out this video if you want to know how other trainers have used Beachbody as an engine to build their training business. Feel free to connect with me if you have any questions.
