Beachbody and personal training?
I have seen quite a few personal trainers out there that are either Beachbody coaches or are working for some sort of shake company. I have no intentions of selling shakes or supplements but the BeachBody program seems to also sell very popular workout programs and I wondered if it would be worth it be become a coach even if I don’t have any intention of ever selling a shake or supplement to a client. Not that I think there is anything wrong with them I just don’t want to do anything that could even sort of get my certification revoked. I am also not much of a meal replacement gal myself and it is really hard to endorse a product you don’t use. I just thought once I get a website and blog up and running it might be a supplemental income to sell the videos.
Second question if you want to get certified to teach one of the Beach body workout programs do you have to be a coach first?
Hi Carrie,
I agree with Harris on this one. In order for you to sell anything, you need to believe in the product yourself. You should have a strong idea of what you want your mission and philosophy in personal training to be–it will serve as your foundation for you to refer to when things like this come up. It will also make your decision-making process easier!
Best of luck to you.
