Automatic renewal?
Following my 30-day trial, Idea automatically charged my account $200 for membership. Yet, they still are asking me to renew my membership and are asking for more money. This company is impossible to get ahold of. I’ve called several times during business hours and I’ve gotten nothing but answering machines. Has anyone else experienced this problem??

After reviewing your account, you originally signed up for the IDEA trial membership on 9/25/2012 and your trial membership ended on 10/25/2012 the day you were charged the $199 for the membership. We never received a request to cancel your trial membership and therefore you were charged after the 30 days. However, it looks like you made contact with our Inspired Service Team on 11/7/12 and a refund has already been submitted to our Accounting Department. If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact us and we will happily assist!

I am sorry you are having a problem trying to contact someone. I do not want to upset you in any way; but, it appears you are in a different time zone from IDEA. Have you called during IDEA business hours?
As you see, there are many communication options and I am sure IDEA will be more than happy to help you, once you find the right channel.

Once you get this resolved, do not let this experience cloud your judgement about the organization. I have nothing but good things to say about IDEA, and I hope that it will prove of much benefit to you, too.
