What are your favorite cardiovascular workouts for at home exercise? I won’t see my girlfriend for 1 1/2 months and she needs some workouts to maintain her progress. Indoor workouts are a must because she lives in Iowa and winter is here! She will also be doing some basic movement training with light loads once or twice a week(squat, lunge, push,pull,rotation, balance). She has been training for 6 weeks @ 2 sessions per week. I want something fun or simple that will get her heart rate up. Can you think of anything other than walking and dancing? Thank you for your thoughts.
My Done In One workout video is a GREAT cardio workout! You’ll also strengthen your back, chest, core and legs. All you need is one set of dumbbells and some space. You can see a clip of it on my site here. There are easier modifications you can do as shown by a girl who was pregnant when we shot the video.
