What are your favorite cardiovascular workouts for at home exercise? I won’t see my girlfriend for 1 1/2 months and she needs some workouts to maintain her progress. Indoor workouts are a must because she lives in Iowa and winter is here! She will also be doing some basic movement training with light loads once or twice a week(squat, lunge, push,pull,rotation, balance). She has been training for 6 weeks @ 2 sessions per week. I want something fun or simple that will get her heart rate up. Can you think of anything other than walking and dancing? Thank you for your thoughts.
I like Shawn’s idea and you will defintely get some great ideas from Coach Dos Remidos’s book.
I personally LOVE metabolic circuits and you can custom make all kinds of circuits.
