What are your favorite cardiovascular workouts for at home exercise? I won’t see my girlfriend for 1 1/2 months and she needs some workouts to maintain her progress. Indoor workouts are a must because she lives in Iowa and winter is here! She will also be doing some basic movement training with light loads once or twice a week(squat, lunge, push,pull,rotation, balance). She has been training for 6 weeks @ 2 sessions per week. I want something fun or simple that will get her heart rate up. Can you think of anything other than walking and dancing? Thank you for your thoughts.
I am a HUGE fan of Kangoo Jumps. They can be used indoors or outdoors, and on virtually any surface. Have a look at my profile and you will see me using them in the snow in New York.
I can’t say enough about Kangoo Jumps. I absolutely love them and teach Kangoo Jumps class at my studio. For me, it is exactly what I need as far as cardio is concerned. It’s incredibly fun, I can make it as intense as I want, I feel like I am 10-years old when I wear them and I get a great workout.
