Assessment software
There used to be a software supported body map that came through NASM. I checked their web site and did not see it there but I found a document pertaining to it. It seems you have to copy and paste to get it.

It is a program where you enter data about deviations from a standard, and it gives you a printout.
One word of caution: we had it and used it a few times. I personally prefer to rely on my own observations rather than ‘prefab programs’.

You might find gympro.com useful for tracking assessments. The main ones available are: weight, girth, skinfolds and bloods. We actually just released an upgrade to our skinfolds assessment which lets you choose from 4 different body fat calculations (7, 4, 3 or 2 site formulas). I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have. Cheers, Aleks.
