I know a lot of trainers and fitness instructors who focus on training so many clients, that they ignore their own personal need to stay healthy and excited about teaching/training. It would be great to know what other fitness professionals do to stay excited and energized about working with their clients.
Change up the program every season.
Each time I get to a season I aim for a different goal.
Summer- RUN. Its beautiful out. Train for triathlons and marathons.
Fall- Getting crummy out, bounce between the gym and running to get into fall sports.
Winter- Crummy out- working in the gym all day- fit a workout into a pool. Laps get the body lean.
Spring- Getting into the gym after water can get me super buff.
