How do you remain energized so you do not experience professional burn out?
I know a lot of trainers and fitness instructors who focus on training so many clients, that they ignore their own personal need to stay healthy and excited about teaching/training. It would be great to know what other fitness professionals do to stay excited and energized about working with their clients.
You should never put work above your life, but when you work, you should work hard.
As we all spend lots of time in the gym i advice using Glutamine, it helps you muscles to regenerate faster, so you don’t feel tired day after day.

Cheers!
I think the key is to keep your training varied. I train one-to-one plus groups and classes. I think it can be easier to stagnate when you’re doing the same thing day in day out. I also think its important to block time out of your diary when you don’t train clients. You time! So you can spend time with your family, friends etc. The hours of a personal trainer can be very demanding so creating some demarkation between professional and private time is key.
