No, I do not make new year’s resolutions. I try to improve something on a daily basis; there is always something happening that will not wait for a certain date.
Health and fitness is always top on the list. Without health, how will I be able to accomplish anything, right?
Do you make a new year’s resolution?
I always do. I am a person who likes to check things off a list, and resolutions that I document, if even to myself, work well for me to to keep me on track, particularly with things that are tedious.
My resolutions are mainly business-related. I want to complete illustrated exercises with me doing the exercises. I have already started on all MELT techniques and want to extend that to the rest. I know that this may not be a resolution but it’s on my list, and thus will get done.
Another one which – I hate to admit – seems to make an annual appearance is that I want to improve my hand-writing. I sometimes can’t even read it myself! While past experience should tell me something, it gets on my list every year with renewed enthusiasm.
