Are there industry standards or recommendations on client renewal rates and revenue renewal rates?
I am looking for any information out there on industry standards or individual benchmark suggestions on client renewal rates/percentages (of the clients that train, what is a good renewal retention rate) and renewal revenue rates (of PT revenue, what percentage is coming from renewals). Is there a good reference for this information or does anyone have their own metrics that they are trying to meet?
I think Nancy is correct. As far as individual/independent contractors the answer can be as good as anyone’s guess. Also, are you referring as to how many times the same customer renews or just to the first time renewal? Some keep renewing continuously where others only once. This also can have an effect on the overall answer which you are seeking.
