I am not sure which certification you are referring to in your question. If you are talking about the cert from the Aquatic Exercise Association, you need to go to their website (aeawave.com). This group does cert courses online and has workshops, but as to where and when, you will need to go online to see.
Do you already teach water classes? Are you already a certified fitness instructor? Is this a requirement at the location you are wanting to teach at? If you want more guidance, please follow up with some information about your situation.
I would contact The Aquatic Exercise Association directly at www.aeawave.com or 1-888-232-9283. They list the requirements for the certifications directly on their website, and they should be able to answer your question about classes.
Hope this helps.
I do not offer a certification class. But I do offer CECs in aquatic exercise for certified Group Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers.
Interested instructors can check out my website at www.hawaiifitnessacademy.com . The CEC courses are under the “Fit Pro Cafe” tab, Beyond Basic H2O and HIH2O. I have been instructing elite athletes to post rehab clients in the water for over 30 years. If you are ready for a vacation, why not take a CEV. A Continuing Education Vacation to the Big Island of Hawaii.
I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer (with two college degrees and dozens of specialty certs). My courses have not been rejected by any NCCA organization to date.
