Most facilities pay spin as a group instructor. Instructors are usually paid according to their class size and revenue brought in at most private facilities. Public facilities usually have a pay rate schedule for instructors according a variety of factors.
But an excellent instructor can usually ask for the highest market pay at most facilities or easily shop for a better deal.

Generally, it is the same hourly rate, for the same chain of gyms. However, if it is a popular instructor and the gym has hired the instructor to boost membership, they gym will have to pay the instructor more than they pay their other instructors.
Gyms has operating budgets and generally operate within those limits.
