That’s a bit of a mistake lumping them all together. It’s fairly well known that saccharine and aspartame are bad but I’m not sure about Splenda and I certainly haven’t heard any bad press about stevia or xylitol (yet). I still think sugar is way worse. And even worse than that is being fat.
