I am looking for apps for the iPod touch to track my personal training clients’ progress. It would be nice to just carry around my iPod rather than a file folder & clipboard. I am NOT looking for apps that I would recommend to clients to keep track of their own progress/workouts. Any thoughts? Thank you.
I use Trainer’s Play Book for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. It’s a free download and free for storing up to 2 clients, with reasonable prices to purchase space for more clients. I like it because it keeps my data on both iPad and iPhone and because I can plan all of my PT sessions, including a feature to add new custom exercises to include in sessions, and classes as well as tracking my physical assessments of clients.
