I am looking for apps for the iPod touch to track my personal training clients’ progress. It would be nice to just carry around my iPod rather than a file folder & clipboard. I am NOT looking for apps that I would recommend to clients to keep track of their own progress/workouts. Any thoughts? Thank you.
PTin1 by far the best PT app for the iPad I have found, Just been released for the iPad create all workouts comparing past sessions, finger sign Par Q , e mail all data to clients or cover trainers. Interval timers/photos/videos all designed for PTs .Body fat and body measurements are apparently the next update all for ┬ú7.99 ! oh and all data is backed up and once downloaded no need to be online.
