It makes a good salsa; I know that.
I also know others who use a little mixed in water for diabetes and heartburn. Of course, check with the doctor first for any interactions/complications.

I don’t know if this is medically documented, but just from personal observation with a loved one that suffers from degenerative rheumatoid arthritis, it relieves her pain and stiffness when she is consistent with her dosage.
