In the area I live, there are a few upscale housing complexes who have their own gym. I’m thinking of inquiring on adding a Personal Training program to the services they offer; with doing so, do you think the complex shoud receive a fee if I were to offer personal training services? Does anyone have a similar proposal to share or similar helpful information?
In California, those communities have an HOA (Home Owners Association) and they all have Boards consisting of the Owners; additioninlly they have CC&Rs, covenants, conditions and restrictions, and they are the governing documents that dictate how the homeowners association operates. These are the folks you want to impress with your presentation. Its a great idea! These are the folks who tend to have the time/money/mind set for a trainer. Best of luck!!!
