I would like to follow up with students who do not return to classes as part of quality assurance for our group fitness classes. I think calling or e-mailing them using a standard form to answer questions about why they have not returned. (Schedule change, didn’t like the class, etc.) I would like to track this. Anyone know of any sample documents or suggested questions to include? I don’t want to forget anything! Thanks!
This is also a smart way to stay in contact with your students. People get so busy with everyday life that they need reminders of the positive things they do for themselves. I’ve always found that my clients/patients have appreciated my concerns for them because they understand that although I run a business, I also have genuine concern for their well being.
