I would like to follow up with students who do not return to classes as part of quality assurance for our group fitness classes. I think calling or e-mailing them using a standard form to answer questions about why they have not returned. (Schedule change, didn’t like the class, etc.) I would like to track this. Anyone know of any sample documents or suggested questions to include? I don’t want to forget anything! Thanks!
I think that this is a huge bonus, how else can we improve our services?
I use Word and enter the answers as I get them. I keep it simple and direct.
It’s easy to create your own form and add as you go.
Also, I have been taking classes at different studios and none of them have asked my opinion!
You can also do the free online surveys, but they are impersonal.
