It’s actually a question for me. I’ve had ongoing back issues for years, but just found the bulging disc in an MRI last year. I recently had a severe muscle strain in the back and could not function for a few days. I’m terribly worried about getting pregnant (hubby and I getting started) and things going from bad to worse. I do (and teach) Pilates, and am trying to stay moderate with weights and avoid anything high-impact. Anything you can share would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Thanks so much for your answer. I don’t know the bulge in mm, but I do have sciatica. My doctor recommended physical therapy, so that and some rest have helped alot. I overlooked the fact that I also train about 20-25 hours a week, and that I do too much demonstration.That will take a toll too!
Also, after watching a video on IDEA about shoulders, I realized that my ongoing
shoulder problem could have an impact (duh–I am always monitoring others for the weaknesses in the kinetic chain, but missed this in myself). Anyway, it’s better so hoping it will continue.
