The program appears to present a fun way for the participants to maintain a high heart rate and calorie burn all within the structure of games. In my opinion, without giving an actual opinion on this specific form of exercise, so long as the participants are properly screened beforehand (because like any other high-intensity exercise, it’s not for everyone), I think that anything that gets people safely moving and exercising is a good thing.
