Personally, I don’t feel that I would want to have the program. It claims to have everything you need to do years of class design. But I don’t need someone else’s ideas or exercises. I could give you 5 different exercises to engage the stability muscles of the body everyday for over a year. And show you how to integrate each of those into every isolation or multijoint movement you can show me. And then show you how to add multiplanar stability to all of those. And I can do this because I study our profession with passion. If it isn’t your passion, then best of luck to you and your clients.
If you are a new fitness professional, maybe this is a fair source for you to see and develop a greater range of exercises to use with your clients. But this information should just be a first step for a new trainer. You should examine every exercise and determine for yourself what is going on throughout the ROM and what muscles are doing what when, etc. etc. But why not just seek out as many new exercises as you can find and do that without paying someone for a shortcut that isn’t all that short.
And who is your cert through? NASM, ACE, IDEA, etc. all have huge video libraries that you can search. I am betting that there aren’t too many exercises that are not on one of these sites that are on this program.
