I have never heard of this program, but I did look it up and it seems like a comprehensive program. I like the fact that it includes corrective exercises and progressive based strength training. It also has a “red light poster” of exercises to avoid for certain participants–and meant for the participants to see. I could not find any reviews on this program (other than testimonials listed by the company), and I always like to review what others have to say.
However, for me personally, I would rather spend the money on continuing education for credit–and take a few workshops to learn how to do this progressive planning myself rather than purchase a program.
