Any suggestions on running an in-home personal training business?

Hello Teresa Mavrakis,
Let your gut be your guide; if something does not feel right, leave…when in doubt, get out. The potential client is many times more worried than me, not knowing if I am legitimate…one person asked if I am a real person while speaking with me on the phone.
If you are not comfortable with a situation, then meeting at a public hall is the way to go, which I have done for both the client and myself.
Also, others know my schedule for the day, to trace anything that may happen.
Best of luck with your business.
Take care,
Natalie aka NAPS 2 B Fit.
