Any recommendations for Pilates certifications in San Francisco?
Most Pilates certifications will include equipment. The good ones are extensive programs that require lots of hands on training hours and anatomy. This may take you a year or two to complete but is very much worth it.
I found this one online you might want to check out that’s in your area: http://www.thecenterstudio.com/education/instructor-training.php
Pilates Pro is another good resource: http://www.pilates-pro.com/directory/
Hope that helps!
