Do you know of any fitness organizations that pay for your certification exams and CECs? I heard that the YMCA does. However, there are only so many Ys out there.

I would also suggest working with an employer who provides training or continuing education. As a benefit for my staff I offer free or highly discounted continuing education that I provide.
