Hi Martina. It is great to first introduce yourself and give them some personal info ( what town you live in, what you do for fitness ) they may connect with that. Then ask how they came to Pilates and of course ask if there are injuries or limitations that you need to be aware of. Then describe for them what they can expect from the class or how the class will run. It’s kind of a warm up for you and for them. I always kept a bit of a journal to jot down notes of what went well and some things you’ll work on. Good Luck! You’ll do great.
