Hi am a bit confused on the whole coaching thing. I would like to expand my knowledge but having a hard time deciding which route to go. I am a stay at home mom with a personal training cert. and working on aquiring all the head knowledge before i go out into the field. I would like to access people as whole, fitness, mindset, lifestyle, etc. I see there are wellness coaches, life coaches, and now I see ACE has a health coach certificate. I was also considering the ACE lifestyle and weight management coach. Any thoughts out there on which gives you the most info and freedom to work with peolple on all aspects of health.
Jenn – It looks like you got a lot of great information about the ACE Health Coach certification, but please let us know if you have any further questions. This certification is intended for fitness, wellness, health care, human resources, and allie dhealth professionals who want to make a difference in people’s lives. The ACE Health Coach manual emphasizes fitness, nutrition and behavior modification, and is the only NCCA-accredited certification of it’s kind. Also, we want to let you know about our newly launched ACE specialty certifications, which are a great way to become an expert in a niche market, including everything from weight management to orthopedic exercise.
