Accounting Software recommendation – need to accrue sales not create invoices

Any suggestions on accounting software ? I collect payment in the facility so I don’t need invoicing. I need to enter in the sales to track the review and to review and categorize my bus expenses. Intuit and freahbooks don’t seem to be the right fit.
