A female client of mine has a male physique, tall with no curves, what exercises can make her more womanly and curvy?

Liked your exercise selection, however, asking someone why puts them on a defensive so I would not ask her why. She told me that she wants Beyonce’s body but was born with Bea Arthurs. I told her that I’m not a magician in so many words and can only make what she’s got better. Again, nice suggestions!

Once she accepts her body she can work on her strengths and be grateful for what she does have!

This problem is strangely more COMMON than a lot of people realize I guess.

There seems to be more and more women out there now days that are built where even though they are very lean, they don’t seem to have a waist.
The area from the widest part of their chests down to their hips, seems like one square block…. This build is not feminine… Even though these people work out often and correctly, the actual appearance of a waist that ideally would be 10″ less that the width of their hips, is not there… It’s as if their measurements equal out… Ex.) 38-28-38 = Very curvy.. 38-32-38 the womanly curves are almost visually non-existant…

Would certain crunches as strengthening exercises help with shrinking the waist for further visual curves?

A friend of mine had breast augmentation to try and help this… Honestly, she does seem more proportionate…. but, it’s really sad to have to go to this extreme…

Again, genetics are a major contributer.. I tend to think perhaps wearing certain clothing that helps angle the body to appear to have more of a noticeable waist would be the best thing to do… From there, DON’T worry about it!!
If you’ve done what you can, be content with the fact that you’re fabulous. Period.
