Joni's Success Story
When Joni first came to me for Personal Fitness training sessions, she was having lower back pains and dealing with a shoulder injury for which she was considering surgery. Joni puts in hard training sessions three times weekly which include weightlifting, cardio, circuit training, and core conditioning. She also does yoga twice weekly. I have taught her preventative exercises and rehab exercises for her back and shoulder, and she has been relatively pain free for months. She loves the life lessons taught during yoga.
