Age, weight, arthritis and knee surgery were always my excuse for not exercising in the past. All that changed when Shawna became my personal trainer. Thanks to her, I now have total mobility of my knee and the knowledge that I can train with weights, bands, exercise balls, and walk more than a mile on the treadmill at any age! She gave me lots of good information on nutrition and I scanned many websites with her for perfect recipes, which helped me with weight loss.
