's Success Story
The highest weight I reached was 210 lbs, about five years ago. For a few years I didn't take my health into consideration, and in turn it affected my life and relationships in a negative way. It wasn't until almost three years later that I finally decided to make a change. I did so on my own, and it was like a flip had just switched. I began educating myself (through online searches) on weight loss, working out and good eating habits. I started going to the gym for the first time in years. The process was long, but by the far one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. A year after I started I had dropped to 130 lbs, which was when I decided to get certified as a personal trainer and ever since then it has been a growing passion of mine. My journey has not ended, I am still continuously working on improving myself and more than anything now I want to help others do the same.
