Linda White's Success Story
On January 1, 2012 I weighed in for my 1st round fight at 220 pounds. On July 2, 2012 I weighed in at 180 pounds for my 12th round just three rounds to go to get to final 15th round and 165 pounds. Thanks to my trainer, Kari Shardy, I have lost 40 pounds and now take ¼ of my high blood pressure medication. I wear a size 16 instead of a 22 and most of all I feel great. Kari helped me change my outlook on what to eat and how much to eat. She has used various machines and weights and showed me that I need cardio for my blood pressure to be able to lose the weight I need to lose. I want to thank her for my new body; she is a great trainer and friend. Please people believe me, “you can teach an old dog new tricks,” I am 67 years old (young.) Next goal, when I reach 165 pounds, I will return to my passion, playing soccer. LOOK OUT HERE I COME!
