In August of 2013 I decided to call Bill after a friend of mine had lost weight and told me a little bit about him and what he had done for her. In a previous career I had worked as an exercise specialist and was dedicated to a wellness lifestyle. However, I had reached a point in my life where I was burned out, weighed more than I ever had in my life, and exercise and eating right was a "chore". I didn't enjoy it anymore. I needed Bill to provide me with re-education around nutrition, structure regarding cardiovascular workouts, core and strength sessions. He provided all of that and more - encouragement when I thought I might be "too old" to do some of the exercises; an extra kick in the butt when I needed it and most importantly, caring about me and my progress towards my fitness and wellness goals. Consequently, I've lost weight, and inches and feel so much better! Bill's experience and expertise is applied as a caring teacher - he makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly for the maximum benefit.
