52 years old has lost 68 lbs....game plan is eating clean and 3 days a week training. Also, on off days from training 3 short cardio blast I designed for her. I monitor all eating habits with a food journal she keeps. The most rewarding part of this journey is to see the smile on her face and the confidence she bring with her now. Very rewarding as a personal trainer......
