Nancy's Success Story

Nancy stated with me November 2011 - May 2012. She was part of the civilian fitness program on Fort Polk. A program allowing civilians to go to the gym 3 hours a week for 6 months, paid. She started once a month with a simple tutorial of the circuit machines. She then graduated to twice a month, then once a week, and finally 2 times a week. Even when the program ended she continued to come on her own time to training sessions. Her results as of March were great at 8lb lost, over a % of body fat lost, and over 6 inches lost. But what truely stood out was her enjoyment of the work outs and how happy she was to fit into her size 8 jeans again.
