Fred's Success Story
When Fred first walked into my home studio in June of 2008, he weighed 370 pounds at 5' 8" tall. In May of 2009, he weighed 244 pounds. We only worked together, training with weights, for 30 minutes three times a week. Fred made great changes to his diet and walked 3 or 4 times a week for 30 to 60 minutes.
When he started working out, Fred's doctor had him taking 9 different kinds of drugs for his ailments. As Fred lost weight and became physically fit, his doctor took him off one drug after another.
Because of financial constraints, Fred left my studio and continued working out on his own, meeting with me periodically to monitor his progress.
In June of 2010, Fred weighed in at 209 pounds and informed me that his doctor had taken him off the last of his medical drugs.
